We loved waking up every morning & walking to Ashley’s Espresso Parlour, then straight to the beach. We spent our evenings eating takeout on the fenced in porch. (Recommend “I got your crabs” in kitty hawk!!) Such a convenient location. Loved the 60’s classic beach cottage feel and all the stylish updates to the kitchen. We had a lovely time & our pup did too. If you’re looking for a classic, low-key OBX trip with a pup and/or little ones this is such a great pick! A few tips for future guests: – bring your own linens, towels & extra blankets. Sanitized sheets and towels are provided but they aren’t like home. – they have a booster seat & high chair 🙌🏼 it looked like there was a pack n play too. I didn’t use it as my daughter is too old but great for those traveling with babies! – laundry detergent & dryer sheets are provided 🙂 – beach wagon, small cooler, and a couple chairs are provided. We didn’t use them bc we brought our own but I would have used theirs if I knew 🙂 – don’t forget to bring doggy bags!
