Really clean, new home. Felt comfortable for our large group. Location was a bit too far to walk to the beach with gear but easy to drive. A few restaurants walking distance which was nice ! We enjoyed our stay. Main downside – towels (bath and beach) and beach chairs/umbrellas are not provided and house is sparse in terms of supplies (think toilet paper, paper towels, no broom, hand towels, napkins, etc. ). We were a large regroup flying in for vacation with children and had to buy a ton of stuff, which adds to the hassle and expense.
