Wonderful location and very clean. Owners are investing in their rental with good projects. Neighbors are wonderful and a central location to explore OBX. We stayed a month and wished we had stayed for two. Watched surfers from the deck and beach access within a minutes walk. Our dog loved the month we stayed. Loved having the owners book rating the area restaurants and can attest to their recommendations. Good internet service and five televisions at the unit.
