This is an excellent rental
This is an excellent rental. Natalie is very responsive. The unit is very clean and has a BEAUTIFUL view. It is a very easy to walk to the beach… Just a small amount of steps. We were a family of three, & there was plenty of space for us to be comfortable. Was a little difficult to spread out and all of us to face the TV without being turned in a weird seating position or all three could sit on the sofa, but there isn’t another configuration that would work for the comfy chairs & still face the TV. Just a minor flaw for the configuration but still a TOP NOTCH rental! It is also near some really good restaurants with great views, great food, and service. Highly recommend Miller’s Waterfront seating for a beautiful view of the sound while eating. And the Dunes has a GREAT breakfast. Two cars can fit end-to-end in the driveway, but if you don’t want to park that way, there is a guest spot right next to the unit. If you are considering this rental, book it! You will not regret it.

We absolutely loved every moment of our time here! The place and the ocean view from the 3rd floor deck were even more beautiful than the pictures conveyed. The townhouse has been very tastefully remodeled, the furniture was comfortable, and the entire home was equipped with everything we needed (aside from beach chairs, which we rented). We appreciated close proximity to a wide variety of excellent restaurants. We would love to stay here again!

I’m writing this from the perspective of a Realtor
I'm writing this from the perspective of a Realtor. In my profession, I have a certain standard and expectation. Communication is paramount and Natalie was A++ in her responsiveness and clarity. We traveled from Northern Virginia with our pup for a last minute trip. I am not typically a fan of these automated platforms. But make no mistake, Natalie maintains the human exchange throughout and for that I am most appreciative and impressed. Timely and solutions based I would absolutely feel confident in staying in another one of her properties in the future!

This was an amazing place to spend a long weekend. You can tell that the furniture and decor were recently updated. The view from the top deck is stunning! Easy walk to beach on community paths. Sheltered parking underneath the unit. Natalie was very responsive to all our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Natalie’s place was great
Natalie’s place was great. It was freshly renovated and had a lot of nice touches. It was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed in the Outer Banks. The host was very responsive and helpful.

The townhouse was a great option for the two of us to be oceanfront. The dedicated parking spots beneath the townhouse are very convenient for loading/unloading the car. The location is also great, there is a lot to do within a very short drive and it is just on the other side of the highway from a grocery store. The townhouse was very clean when we arrived and all of the appliances worked great. We are looking forward to seeing the upcoming changes with the primary bedroom renovation and would consider staying again.
