the master suite and second living area. Sparkling clean and nicely decorated. Close to the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool and hot tub were immaculate and enjoyed by our family. Brittany was very responsive to questions. Looking forward to coming back next summer!

The kids loved the pool, foosball table, ping pong and pool table! We loved that we could bring our dog with us! The property was perfect for our dog! Brittany was very responsive with any questions. Truly a great location. Close to everything but secluded enough it didn’t seem like you were that close. The house, pool, hot tub were all amazing. Just as pictured. The layout was perfect for our family and the grandparents.

We loved the house! It was a perfect spot for myself, three children and our pup. Very clean, well-appointed and spacious. The pool and ping pong tables in the basement were a perfect downtime activity. The beach is very short stroll and the restaurants that we could walk to made the location even more ideal. We hope to return soon!

Brittany’s place was exactly as described
Brittany’s place was exactly as described. Very close to the beach, one thing to note, right before we got to the house there was a big storm so the street out front was not walkable as it was flooded. You could drive through it, or walk through the restaurant parking lot to get around the water to access the beach. But that was Mother Nature, and the water stayed away from the house.
This was our first time in the Outer Banks and it was my favorite vacation.
We cooked one night and had everything we needed.

Made for a great beach vacation
Made for a great beach vacation. We traveled with small children so the proximity to the beach and mainland were perfect! Some restaurants and stores were within walking distance and everything else was only a short drive away. Pool was great and very clean! Didn’t use the downstairs game room or any of the beach/pool supplies because everything had a very strong musk/mold smell, I would suggest packing your own. Also the gas grill was in poor condition, plan your meals accordingly. Overall, I would recommend this rental.

Great location to the beach. Very clean and lots of room for my family of 5 adults and two children. We rented it now two years in a row. We have been renting beach homes for over 30 years up and down the east coast and we love this place the best. Brittany & team are extremely helpful and provide the best customer service. You won’t be disappointed renting this place. We will be back.

I booked this home to attend a wedding and reception at the Pier House
I booked this home to attend a wedding and reception at the Pier House, as it was just a block away. The walkability was awesome plus this home allowed me to bring my dog and host supplied thoughtful dogs bowls, treats, and waste bags available upon my arrival. As an Airbnb Superhost myself, hosting 30 properties in central Florida, I would say I have a pretty discerning eye for cleanliness and amenities and I was very pleased with all. The personalized local eatery recommendations with menus attached was super helpful and thoughtful as well, a wonderful touch to an already great stay. You also can't beat that Duck's Donuts is just around the corner! I would definitely recommend this home and would absolutely stay again.

6 women, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. One block from the ocean. So very clean with all the amenities we needed. Kitchen well stocked. Easy access to Wright Brothers, Bodie Lighthouse down the road, went north to Duck & Corolla. Nice central location. We loved our home for 6 days!

The house was so much more than we expected
The house was so much more than we expected. It was so clean and anything we could think of that we needed was there provided for us. Providing a high chair and a pack and play is so thoughtful considering how much people have to pack already. The game room was the best!!!! Kept my kids (well, all of us) entertained all week. The closeness to the beach and being able to see the beach from the balcony was so amazing. It was literally a dream. ☺️

We booked this for a multi family getaway on Thanksgiving week. It was a great setup for two families which included having multiple amenities for a toddler. (Great game room in basement where we spent lots of time) During our stay we had a leak and issue with our dryer which prevented us from washing our towels, I messaged the hosts and within 10 mins we had a response, additional towels on the way and a plumber on the way. The hosts communication was amazing and even let us have a late check out as our flight got delayed and toddler needed somewhere to nap. Honestly probably best hosts I’ve ever communicated with while renting home before.

What a beautiful place
What a beautiful place! The house is close to the beach (1 block)and because of the multi raised decks you can see and hear the ocean. We had superb weather but on a rainy day, you can play at home with 2 TV’s, pool table, ping pong and fooseball. There is a nice pool in the backyard. We were there in the end of Oct. so the swimming pool was closed but the hot tub was opened and fantastic. The home itself is large with 2 open concept living spaces. The master bedroom is on the 3rd floor. It’s very large, complete with jet tub and a private deck. Brittany and co. were great returning a left behind suitcase to us (thank you soooo much❤️) and were very proactive in keeping us informed with all of the activities happening on OBX while we were there. Our family had such a terrific time hand gliding and perusing the beaches for shells we’d love to do it again next year…starting a new family tradition!! PS. Our dog was in heaven too, it has an enclosed yard and a dog friend beach.

This place was just what my wife and I were looking for. A very nice location with lots of amenities. The weather didn't exactly cooperate, but the hot tub was appreciated. The house was centrally located and Brittany's guide book had great recommendations on activities and restaurants in the area.

We were all so pleased with all the the child-friendly accommodations. The place came with spare baby gates, high-chair, pack-n-play and locking gates on the outside decks which were great for containing children and pets!
The 2 minute walk to the beach was incredible and the house had more than enough beach gear for our entire crew. Pool and hot tub were very clean! This home was exactly what we needed and we all really enjoyed our stay in Kitty Hawk!

Brittany’s home was everything we were looking for and more! We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was exactly as pictured, very clean, and the location was perfect! Super close to the beach but also was nice to have so much in walking distance. We loved being able to get up and walk to grab fresh donuts and coffee in the morning, and walk to runaway cafe or arts place for dinner! We also loved having the pool and hot tub to relax in after the beach or as an alternative to going to the beach for the day! We truly could not have asked for a better experience and look forward to coming back next year!

We loved our stay here! The house was extremely clean and had all the amenities we could have asked for. Very quick and easy walk to the beach. One thing to note - there is a large public beach parking lot right next to the house, so get there early during prime season if you want a good spot on the beach! Would definitely recommend this house to anyone planning a trip to Kitty Hawk!

Great location and updated home. Cleanest beach house we have ever stayed at! I vacationed here with 4 adults and 1 child. Plenty of room. Two working refrigerators is perfect for larger families or a second space for cold drinks. Beach was less than a 2 minute walk away. Private backyard with pool was the icing on the cake. We look forward to staying here for future family vacations!

What a great place! Our group had 4 adults and 4 younger kids. We had plenty of space and it was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked- we enjoyed cooking quite a few meals while we were there. We checked out Duck Donuts & The Rundown Cafe within walking distance. Groceries were only a short drive away. We loved having the beach within walking distance. There were plenty of beach items for us to use as well: chairs, a cart, toys for the kids. The pool was well kept and we used it daily. It was nice having a gate to the pool that latched only from the inside so the younger kids couldn't get in on their own. Having a space dedicated for a game room was fun for the kids (and adults!) as well. Our week in Kitty Hawk was wonderful. We would definitely recommend this house to others and would love to be able to stay again sometime!

House was great for two families to comfortably vacation. The two kitchen and living rooms on the same floor were perfect for everyone to spread out and have their own space, while still feeling like we were all together. The house was very clean, lots of extra beach/pool things for the kids, and the master bedroom was perfectly secluded, while still close at the same time. Having the public lot right next to the house too allowed friends and family also in the area to visit for the day. House is very convenient to beach access, grocery stores, and various restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second year staying at this home! We loved it so much last year that we booked again (in 25+ years of vacationing in the Outer Banks we have never re-booked a home!). The size is perfect for our family and we love the pool and hot tub and how close it is to the beach! Had a fantastic week and will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was very nicely decorated and clean. It was spacious, plenty of rooms and having multiple decks to enjoy sitting outside was lovely. The short walk to the beach was perfect, we were able to go quite a bit with it being so close. We also walked to a couple restaurants. The Rundown Cafe was one of our favorites! We all agreed we would stay here again!

I can’t recommend this place enough! Easily the best beach stay we’ve ever had. The house was perfect, exactly as pictured. The details were personal and felt like home. Even small things like having pictures of where pans go and light switches labeled added to the magic of this place! We had everything we needed and more. Perfect proximity. Lots to do for the kids. Brittany was an amazing host and so responsive and helpful. Art’s Place for breakfast and Black Pelicans for dinner we’re our fav! We made the best memories playing and flying kites at Jockeys Ridge. We can’t wait to rebook here but for a longer stay!

Brittany was a great host who responded quickly to my questions. The house was in a great location-right in the middle of the outer banks. This made it easy to explore all areas of the island. We really enjoyed the game room, the TV's in every room, and the hot tub. We got lots of family time. We really enjoyed our meals at Tortuga's Lie and I've Got Your Crabs. A sunset at Jockey's Ridge is not to be missed!
I have been coming to OBX for decades
I have been coming to OBX for decades, but this was the first time coming with family in the winter and over the Christmas holiday. This was also our first time staying in Kitty Hawk at this particular home and we couldn't have had a better experience. We had 8 adults and two dogs in our party and the space provided was perfect, considering there are two family rooms, a separate game room on the ground level, and a master bedroom on the second floor. I chose this home because of all of the games, hot tub, dog friendliness, and proximity to beach and restaurants --there was plenty to do, even in winter! The best part: ZERO traffic. Brittany was a very helpful, kind, and responsive host, as well. We will definitely think about renting this house in the summer when we come back, again.

Really nice house, very clean! Super easy walk to the beach and convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Brittany is an awesome host, so accommodating and friendly. The area around the house is quiet although we were there in the off season so during summer the large public parking lot next door could potentially be noisy. We had a great stay and would recommend it for anyone looking to vacation in obx!

Outstanding
Outstanding. It was a beautiful stay for our two families who spent a week. We had 8 total with four adults and four 6 to 9 year olds.
Starting with check in, which was as simple as opening the door, the experience was easy all the way through, the house was immaculate and the effort, and dare I say - love - that these hosts put into creating a relaxing experience was clear. The entire property is comfortable and well appointed - kitchens, large living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, all the way to beach gear, pool toys and the game room. We noticed and appreciated details like clear labels for every light switch on the property, coffee Kcups on the ready, and an electric pump for pool floaties.
We did notice some intermittency with the wifi over the course of the week, but we also had probably too many devices to count connected simultaneously. This was a non issue for us.
Location was great for us, easy walk to the beach even with all the gear. Within view of a great restaurant and lots more a few minute drive away. Minutes from grocery, seafood market, pharmacy, pretty much anything you'd need.
All in all, we were close to having to be forcibly removed. Thanks for a wonderful time!

We appreciated how clean it was and all the little touches of soap/shampoo/sheets/towels/k-cups/enclosures for the dog and a fun game room!! Brittany was always very responsive and had lots of great suggestions. We would recommend this house to anyone staying in Kitty Hawk.

I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Brittany. This house was impeccably clean, fully stocked, decorated adorably, and comfortable. Communication was excellent. Brittany was responsive and helpful. The area is also extremely convenient and walkable. The game room was the perfect fit for our teenagers. The pictures don’t do it justice. I’m sure we will be back!

Brittany's house was perfect!! The beds were comfortable to sleep in, lots of showers all with great pressure and hot water. Kitchen appliances and carpet were recently updated so was like staying in a new home! I would recommend bringing beach towels and extra blankets if it is chilly. We didn't see any extras anywhere, but we also didn't ask for them. The house is so big and we had so much room. Both living areas had comfortable couches to relax on. Lots of outdoor chairs for sitting and relaxing. About a block walk from the beach. We highly recommend Duck Donuts (also within walking distance), for fresh hot yummy donuts. Great location with a 20 minute drive to most attractions. The house was very clean and well stocked. Highly recommend!! Thank you for a fantastic stay. 🙂

This was an awesome place and Brittany was a terrific host. It was even better here than in the description. There are 2 living rooms and 2 fridges on the main level. The king bedroom and bathroom are upstairs and very private from the rest of the living area with an amazing beach view. The hot tub was a huge plus for us! This is a win win place off the third deck master suite the ocean views were magical. Short one block to public beach. Brittany was a wonderful host and made sure we were well taken care of.

This is a sweet little place with just about everything you could want in a beach house. It’s close to the beach, has a game room, hot tub and small pool. We stayed Christmas week and used the hot tub, and with the great weather, it was nice to be within such a short, easy stroll to the beach and to have front and back decks to enjoy depending on the breeze.
It was nice to have plenty of dishes, glasses and cutlery for our group and we certainly got good use out of having 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators. We set up a coffee and drinks stations in one of the kitchen/den areas and that worked well for us. There were enough indoor and outdoor spaces for our group to both congregate and spread out. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. All the bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, no need to bring any of that. One tip is to thoroughly look through cabinets and closets to assess what’s provided. We sorely missed having a hamper to use for the laundry but found one in a bedroom closet the morning we were checking out!
The Kitty Hawk area is a bit busy but the home is on a quiet street with very little traffic. We very much enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and convenient home.

The location was awesome and the house was great. The entire house is spacious and well-equipped with kitchen supplies. We had all we needed for a great family Thanksgiving vacation. The close proximity to the beach meant we walked over several times a day. Loved it and will look to come back again!

What a wonderful surprise, beautiful, new condition, awesome 2 family house. The location is walking distance to eat. Walk to beach. Great amenities, pool, jacuzzi, corn hole, ping pong, pool table! Lots to do and see and great home to do it all from. Wonderfully appointed including extras, shampoo, coffee! We enjoyed every minute and will return!

Who says the Outer Banks cannot be fun in early November! Ok, the weather was brisk most days but the house was fantastic, great location to the area's points of interest, easy walk to the beach and more room than the 3 of us (+ dog) could possibly use. Check in/out was super easy and our host was very responsive with communication.
The updated master bedroom commands a fabulous view of the ocean and has a wonderful ensuite bath. The main floor has 3 rooms, one with its own bathroom too, so again, more space than we needed. The house is practical and functional, not fancy, and is a great 'beach' home for any vacation. We got a lot of use out of the hot tub and the games room and when we felt like watching tv, there was pretty much 1 in every room...
Even with the fall temps, we had a ton to do, with Jockey Ridge and the Wright Brothers a few miles down the road, the Aquarium and Lost Colony a short drive to Roanoke Island, and walking the boardwalk in Duck to name a few. There are a ton of local eating options minutes away too and we ate our fill of steamed crabs and shrimp!
We hope to be back late next summer, to enjoy some warmer weather and more OBX charm.

Amazing efficient well thought out proportioned and scaled. This is superior property Managment and interior decoration married with functionality and purpose. Super professional and well thought out. Definitely recommend this provided and property is close to beach and DUCK DONUTS. Six words…walk on beach and MAPLE BACON and chill.

My friends and I had an amazing week at this gorgeous ocean side home. The views of the waves from the decks were remarkable! We appreciated the double fridge and dish washer as well as the ample amount of storage space. The home is very dog friendly with gated decks so you don’t have to worry about the pups going anywhere. Right down the street from the beach and great beach supplies as well. We would certainly recommend this house for any family or friend group!

Great place for 5-8 ppl. Easy walk to the beach. Pool is on the small side, but nice, and our kids enjoyed it every day. House was clean and communication was great.

We had an excellent stay. The beach house was fully equipped with everything we needed. The home is very clean and cozy! Very short walk to the beach and ocean views from the home!

This is a perfect home for a large family or two smaller families. It was only a few minute walk to the beach and some shopping and restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed our private pool and the game room.

Spent the week in this gem with my family of 5 and another family of 3, plus our 2 dogs. The house was the perfect size to comfortably fit all 8 of us(and the dogs!). The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet considering it’s central location. The house was stocked with numerous kitchen, bath and beach supplies that fit our needs. It was a very short walk to the public beach access (about 500 ft, if that!). There was plenty of room on the beach for us all to spread out. There are multiple highly rated restaurants in close proximity (#1 Bad Bean!). Brittany responded quickly to all of my questions. I’ve been coming every year to OBX since 2005, and would definitely put this house in my top 3 rentals!!!

Loved the central location of this house which is close to bridge onto OBX and a good base while one
Loved the central location of this house which is close to bridge onto OBX and a good base while one explores north to Carova and south to Hatteras. House was a block from a public access beach with lifeguards and loved that dogs were allowed there! House does sit next to a public parking lot (for beach) but gets empty at night and you cant see the lot from the pool, felt private. Our dogs loved hanging on the deck and soaking the ocean breeze.
