loved my stay here, when returning to Obx for a visit I would consider staying here again, responsive host, close walk to the beach, loved that he had everything we needed in terms to a beach day ( chairs, coolers, bikes, toys etc..) I thought that was a great touch
John’s place was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at
John’s place was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at. It was clean and up to date. The furnishings and bed were comfortable. The fenced in back yard was great for our dog and the street in front of the house was a good place for walking him, too. That street was also a good place to ride bikes on. There was a short walk to the beach and a nice hot tub. We would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tres Del Mar! The house had great amenities including all you’d need at the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook meals at the house. The hot tub was clean and private. The home is just a couple blocks from the beach which it made it nice & easy. Great restaurants, coffee shops & shopping nearby. Would highly recommend for a trip to OBX!

The house had great amenities. The kitchen was well equipped. Linens were wonderful. The beds were very comfortable, in fact my youngest daughter never sleeps well on the first night away and she slept amazingly well, every night! The hot tub was a nice bonus. The neighborhood is walkable and within a short distance to restaurants and ice cream! The hosts were proactive, friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful, relaxing time and look forward to returning!

Newly renovated with best location
Newly renovated with best location!!! One block from public beach access! Super easy to go to and from the beach all day, without paying beachfront prices and without having to do a long haul.
(Careful: Other beach houses might also technically be one block back from the beach, but then you might have to walk 1/2 mile up or down find public beach access.)
Guessing this was recently renovated. Has peaceful, modern furnishings. Bedrooms have plenty of places to put stuff and bags to stay organized.
Beds are large, comfy, and master bathroom is extra spacious! Hot tub is nicely tucked away for some privacy. Fully enclosed fenced-in backyard.
Enjoyed some stunning sunset views out the kitchen windows. Kitchenware is fully stocked, not bare bones like some.
