I’m writing this from the perspective of a Realtor. In my profession, I have a certain standard and expectation. Communication is paramount and Natalie was A++ in her responsiveness and clarity. We traveled from Northern Virginia with our pup for a last minute trip. I am not typically a fan of these automated platforms. But make no mistake, Natalie maintains the human exchange throughout and for that I am most appreciative and impressed. Timely and solutions based I would absolutely feel confident in staying in another one of her properties in the future!
