I hesitate to tell the truth about this house because I want it to remain available for MY family. It’s just lovely–perfectly located withing EASY walking distance to both the beach (wide, newly paved, low-volume road…2/10 mile to beach access) and to all of the cute shops in Duck (2/10 mile in other direction). I got in my car ONE time, to make a Walmart run. House is well-appointed and cute as a button, with 2 bedrooms and a full bath on each side of a large, comfy living space. Perfect for 2 families with kids, or any combination of 8-9 people. Great outdoor shower area, screen-in porch, expansive deck, etc. My only suggestion for the owner would be to have a disposal installed in the kitchen sink. Otherwise, perfection! We will definitely rent here again and GREATLY appreciate the half-week option. Arriving on a Wednesday made all the difference in terms of traffic, and having to take less days off of work.
