We’ve been coming to OBX for many years and the location of this cottage was perfect
We’ve been coming to OBX for many years and the location of this cottage was perfect. It was close to the beach and near ample shopping and restaurants. The cottage itself was incredible. Beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. We also loved the pool table and hot tub. The whole experience was wonderful. We hope to return and we highly recommend this home to future guests.

My daughter, mom and I enjoyed our fall mid-week stay at ‘Buzzin. Check in was seamless. House was just as pictured and very livable. Either the kitchen appliances were brand new or exceptionally maintained. Limited counter space in the kitchen, but well equipped and maximized available space. Appreciated the property’s proximity to the beach and local attractions! We thoroughly enjoyed our time @ Buzzin’!

This is our second time staying at Buzzin to the Beach, our family absolutely loved it. The location is great, the house is clean with great amenities (especially the hot tub). The house is well stocked. We made great memories with our kids while staying here. We are looking forward to another stay in the future!
Besides a few “hiccups”, everything was great
Besides a few "hiccups", everything was great. The biggest compliment we can give is that we definitely want to go back. Great location - we were able to visit attractions south and north with ease. Restaurants and groceries are close. Easy beach access - walkable. Home was easy to find. Although not listed, the kitchen had everything we needed. Well stocked. The only item we couldn't find was a blender - so if you want to make frozen cocktails or watermelon juice, you may need to bring your own. Maybe we missed it? Everything else in the home ("essential" to us) was there. Plenty of bath towels and soap and shampoo provided in the baths. We loved the screened front porch with glimpses of the ocean and the sound of waves. Downstairs is the icing on the cake - a hot tub that works, a grill, a fun game room (pool table, ping pong, darts, TV plus more), tons of beach stuff, and a great outdoor shower to get the beach off of you. The washer and dryer came in handy. Highly recommend.
Nice beach home
Nice beach home. Google gps takes you to the back door/alley so just go around the block if you can't find it at night. It's a nice neighborhood and a clean modern interior. We had bad weather so we didn't get to enjoy it as much. I'd recommend it again though and was just as described.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Kitty hawk, OBX! The location was fantastic, just one block from the ocean, making it super convenient to enjoy the beach every day. The house was well-equipped and had plenty of beach chairs, which made our trips to the shore even easier. One of the highlights for us was being able to bring our beloved 4-legged daughter Zoe; having a pet-friendly place made the trip extra special, and we truly appreciated it.
Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend this house for anyone looking for a great Outer Banks getaway.

Brittany’s home was clean, cozy, filled with amenities, and is in a great location central to the beach and great restaurants. We had an amazing visit and would highly recommend!
Our Outer Banks accomodations were nice and easy, and Brittany and Lauren were quick to answer our few questions

Because the weather was so rainy that first afternoon, it would have nice to have the flexibility to check in early, so we did not have to get so soaked carrying everything up the open stairs. The house was nice and clean, and easy to get to the beach. I would recommend this listing!

Great spot - we loved the ground level with darts, pool, and cornhole. Very close to the beach - about a 5 minute walk. Not crowded on the beach there even on a holiday weekend. Awesome stay.

Very convenient location
Very convenient location. Just a couple minutes walk to the beach and we walked to several restaurants for meals. It was VERY clean and appreciated that we could bring our dog along. Would definitely stay here again.

It was easy to check in and out
It was easy to check in and out. The house is completely furnished with everything you could possibly need for a fun trip. The only thing I can think of to make this house perfect is to replace the queen mattress to make it less uncomfortable because it was sunken in on one side. The beach was just a short stroll from the pleasant setting and easy even for the two year old.

Buzzin to the Beach was the perfect getaway for our family of 5! From check in to check out, everything was clear. The space was very clean, had everything we could need. Just a short walk to the beach! The downstairs game room was oerfect for our kids. We would definitely stay here again. I wish we wouldve read through the info booklet sooner for local recommendations. Thank you for everything!

Terrific stay! Very comfortable beds & living room...3 TVs--all worked easily. The hot tub & game room were amazing...best we've seen in all our travels.

This was easily one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! Brittany was very responsive and kind, without overwhelming us with information. You can tell the hosts love dogs…we do too! Our puppy had the best time on her first vacation! The location was absolutely perfect. We loved being in the middle of the island and being about to walk to the beach easily. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed spending the evenings in the hot tub! Highly recommend!

This was a perfect place. Super clean and had everything in kitchen we needed to cook our own fresh seafood. Great kitchen. Love the downstairs and especially the hot tubs. Short distance to beach with chairs and coolers. Totally satisfied and will rebook at exact same home if available next trip.

We loved our stayed at this beautiful and clean home! It was a short walk to the beach and had everything we needed for our vacation, including an inviting screened in porch to hear the waves from and a hot tube to relax in! This is the perfect stay for a family and dog to enjoy the beach and unplug.

A few friends and I booked Brittany’s place for a girls weekend and we absolutely loved it! The beach is just a short walk away and there were many restaurants in close proximity. The space was clean, comfortable, and looked just as advertised! Definitely would recommend to friends and family. We had such a great time.
The location was perfect and such a quick walk to the beach
The location was perfect and such a quick walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood even with being close to the beach road. The directions on the location of where the EV plug were not clear, but the host quickly replied. We also had minor issues with bathroom linens and were advised new were coming, but they didn’t. Since there were 3 of us, we utilized linens from the other room we didn’t use. A full listing of appliances (coffee pot etc.) would be helpful avoiding packing those things and the book for the house was under blankets when we arrived, so unfortunately I had to message the host for questions that were easily answered in the book. Overall great stay and would come back.

Brittany’s home was perfect for our stay! The amenities were great - outdoor shower, hot tub, multiple bathrooms, beach chairs provided! There are plenty of kitchen supplies and a Keurig as well. Nice and walkable to the beach! Brittany was very responsive and we were even able to check in an hour early. We’ll be back 🙂

Oh, wow! I don’t even know where to start. Before our trip even started, Brittany was overly communicative and responsive. She was absolutely amazing!!! I was able to coordinate the delivery and set up of some decorations upon my arrival, as this was a surprise, bachelorette trip for one of my girlfriends. The set up, the Airbnb, and the location exceeded all of my expectations completely. This place made me fall in love with the OBX. I will 100% be back to experience more the OBX has to offer. I felt so comfortable and relaxed at this AirBnB. I have 0 complaints! I’ve stayed in SO many AirBnB’s over the years, and this is by far my top 3! BOOK THIS PLACE NOW!

My friends and family went and stayed here for a quick trip. The place was great and walkable distance to the beach. We asked for early check in and we weren’t able to and then asked for a late check out due to the weather when we came in being nasty, so we just wanted a little more time but we couldn’t get that either. Other than that i have no complaints she was responsive the place was just as pictured.
