The top level features a breathtaking open-concept living space with panoramic ocean views, a designer kitchen with double dishwashers, bar seating, and a cozy breakfast nook. A beach access easement allows guests from four homes across the street to use the path along the left side of the property. The beach remains uncrowded and private to the Whalebone Beach community.
