This home is a perfect retreat – we would highly recommend! It is the perfect home base for an OBX vacation – it has easy beach access, a great backyard and pool, was clean, and was equipped with everything we needed. The dual living rooms and multiple bedroom areas allow your group to both come together and relax individually at the end of the day. Excellent all around!

Our family had a wonderful time! The house offered so much for each person to enjoy! The walk to the beach was short and made for easy sunrise walks. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

This house was perfect for our 3 generations gathering for a family vacation. The access to the beach was even better than anticipated, but our 4 yr old and 6 yr old LOVED the pool. We will stay here again if we can fit in another week at the beach.
Great place for a multigenerational family vacation
Great place for a multigenerational family vacation. Very comfortable and felt familiar very fast. Enough spaces, inside and out, for everyone to be together or find a quiet spot for themselves. The kitchen was very well appointed with probably the best assortment of pots and pans of any place we have rented in the past. The best part was the proximity to the beach, which was an easy walk out the front door to the cross walk and beach access just on the other side of the road. The beaches in this area are not crowded at all so the location is very desirable. The door alarm system to the back yard was somewhat confusing as were the controls to the overhead lights, but we got the hang of it. Looking forward to staying here again.

Without a doubt this place was remarkable!! Stunning updated house with beautiful furniture, decor and landscaping. Everyone had their own full size bathroom which was super convenient, especially when we everyone’s getting ready at the same time! Beds were very comfortable! We loved all the various outdoor spaces, outdoor TV and hammock swings. The pool was amazing and less than 5 minutes from the beach! We would definitely stay again!!

We had a fabulous vacation here! The house is beautifully decorated without sacrificing comfort or functionality. The backyard is an oasis, with a sparkling pool and private layout. The beach is close and easily accessible. We will definitely be back again!

Wonderful location for a summer vacations. Home was very spacious and was perfect for my size family. 1 or 2 minute walk to the beach. Enjoy hanging out at the pool and grilling on the patio. Great times. Thanks Brittany.

What a beautiful house with great access to the beach
What a beautiful house with great access to the beach! The recent renovations combined with a private pool really give this place an upscale feel. The beds are very comfortable and the common spaces are so cozy for relaxing, the kitchen is well equipped as well. There was an issue with the microwave on our first night, but Brittany was supper responsive and had a new one delivered to us the very next morning. This house will definitely be at the top of our list when we plan our next visit to the OBX.

We had a great stay! The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. The walk to the beach was easy and convenient. My family enjoyed it so much they were asking to stay here again before we left! Brittany was a great host as well very responsive to our questions.
Great place
Great place, floor plan worked really well -- providing space for a toddler to run and enjoy toys, and privacy for the adults. Stairs are steep -- that's the only thing to be aware of if you have any pets or adults / kids who have trouble navigating stairs. Otherwise, GREAT location, easy access to the beach, and terrific spa pool.
